We are seeking a talented individual to join our Sales team at Marsh. This role is based in Madrid (Paseo de la Castellana) and is a hybrid position that requires working at least three days per week in the office. As a Sales Executive, you will design and deliver innovative risk‑management solutions while providing excellent client service.
Responsibilities
Proactively identify and engage potential clients through outbound calls, on‑site client visits, and attendance at networking events.
Collaborate with internal specialists to design high‑value proposals that address clients’ needs.
Lead, together with the Account Manager, negotiation processes, contract preparation and deal closures, ensuring compliance with company policies and objectives.
Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the team’s growth.
Stay up to date on our products and services and clearly communicate their value proposition to current and prospective clients.
Qualifications
Proven experience in commercial or sales roles.
Results‑oriented mindset with a demonstrable track record of achieving targets.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
High level of English and Spanish proficiency.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
