Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a Business Analyst / Project Manager that would like to collaborate with one of the top 15 global pharmaceutical companies
Responsibilities:
* Our project aims to optimize service operations processes and supporting systems to reduce operational workload, enhance reporting/forecasting transparency, and track SLAs.
* As a project manager, you will manage project scope, timelines, and communications.
* As a business analyst, you will work with service owners, product owners, and the delivery team to identify project requirements and ensure objectives are met.
* Manage operational tasks for the Service Ops Platforms.
* Support daily operations of the Service Ops Platforms.
* Assist in onboarding and training for Production Partners.
Experience:
* Experience in Project Management and Business Analyst roles within the IT sector.
* Knowledge of service operations processes, including global, customer-centric scenarios, process mapping, and requirements gathering.
* Experience with service operation tools such as JIRA and ServiceNow.
* Experience working in SCRUM environments.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with LMS platforms is a plus.
