This internship offers hands-on experience in restaurants and bars, allowing you to develop your skills while delivering outstanding service to guests from all over the world.
?? Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in providing high-quality food and beverage service in restaurants, bars, and outlets.
* Welcome and attend guests in a professional, friendly, and service-oriented manner.
* Support the setup, service, and clearing of tables according to hotel standards.
* Learn and apply menu knowledge, including food, beverages, and basic upselling techniques.
* Ensure cleanliness and organization of service areas in compliance with hygiene standards.
* Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure a smooth and memorable dining experience.
* Assist with administrative and operational tasks within the F&B department as required.
?? Requirements:
* Current student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, Food & Beverage Management, or related fields.
* Advanced level of Spanish and English (additional languages will be highly valued).
* Strong communication skills and a clear customer-service mindset.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
* Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
* Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is a plus, but not mandatory.
