North Technology Group (NTG) is pleased to announce that applications are now open for its 2026 Graduate Program, a two-year, globally focused development pathway across its performance technology brands: Southern Spars, Future Fibres, Hall Spars, and RigPro. We are seeking candidates who are ambitious individuals with an interest in pursuing a career in sales and marketing within the sailing industry.
Designed to develop the next generation of commercial leaders, the program offers graduates structured rotations across NTG’s general portfolio. Participants will gain exposure to commercial and marketing disciplines, contributing to live projects while building a deep understanding of the marine and performance technology sector. You will have the opportunity to complete 2×12 month placements across 2 of our 5 locations:
Hall Spars – Breskens, Netherlands
Southern Spars – Auckland, New Zealand
Southern Spars – Fareham, United Kingdom
Who Should Apply
NTG is seeking graduates whose academic backgrounds support the commercial aspects of the business. Relevant degree disciplines include:
- Business Studies, Economics, and Marketing
- Other degrees will also be considered for the commercial stream; a passion for sailing is the main requirement
