ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Visual Designer with a strong eye for storytelling, brand consistency, and motion.
You will create impactful visual assets across marketing, product, and sales, helping shape and elevate Acoru's visual identity across all channels.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Design high-quality visuals for web, social media, presentations, and campaigns
* Create motion graphics, animations, and video content
* Edit and produce video content for digital channels
* Develop layouts for reports, documents, and communication materials
* Manage and design assets within HubSpot CMS (landing pages, blogs, forms)
* Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams
* Maintain and evolve the brand identity system
* Translate complex cybersecurity concepts into clear visual narratives
* Manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
* 5+ years of experience in Visual / Graphic / Motion Design
* Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
* Strong experience in motion graphics and animation (3D is a plus)
* Solid understanding of brand systems and visual consistency
* Experience with HubSpot CMS (webpages, emails, landing pages)
* Experience using Generative AI tools for visual creation
* Familiarity xsgfvud with Figma, Canva or similar tools
* Strong communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus)
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
