The Role
As a Charter Broker, you will:

* Develop and manage new business opportunities in the Spanish market;
* Take full responsibility for your flight portfolio from inquiry to completion;
* Work autonomously while having the support of our dedicated operations team;
* Leverage our proprietary technology and extensive operator network to deliver exceptional client experiences;
* Collaborate with the Jetfly fractional sales team to provide comprehensive aviation solutions;
* Contribute to the growth and development of our market presence.
Your Profile

* Proven track record with a minimum of 3 years' experience in private jet charter brokerage;
* Currently generating over €300,000 in net margin annually;
* Strong Fluency in Spanish and English;
* Existing client network and industry relationships;
* Excellent understanding of the Spanish and European private aviation market;
* Ability to work autonomously while maintaining high service standards;
* Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial acumen;
* Detail-oriented with exceptional communication skills.
