This role involves working as a Google Ads Account Manager, focusing on driving sales growth by developing digital advertising solutions for German businesses and agency partners. This is a target-driven sales position requiring a consultative approach to customer acquisition, retention, and upselling. You will be part of a dynamic team expanding the client base across the EMEA region and optimizing the German digital advertising landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage proactively with new and existing advertisers to build relationships and identify business needs, offering advertising strategies.
* Consult and upsell Google Ads solutions by analyzing client objectives, optimizing campaigns, and increasing ad spend efficiency.
* Provide strategic digital marketing advice to help businesses maximize their advertising impact.
* Meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and ensuring excellent customer service.
* Communicate effectively via phone, video calls, and email, guiding clients through campaign setup, optimization, and expansion.
Requirements:
* Native-level German (C2 / C1) and fluent English.
* At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in digital marketing, PPC campaign management, or media buying.
* Strong consultative selling skills to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
* Expertise in Google Ads, AdSense, YouTube, and related platforms is advantageous.
* Excellent presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
