From Temporing Barcelona we select a HR Operations (Payroll & Social Security) for an important company in the pharmaceutical sector located in Sant Joan Despí.
Tasks:
- Manage the Payroll and Social Security process.
- Manage Learning and Training processes.
- Compile reports and prepare information to different stakeholders.
- Manage purchasing orders, invoicing process and monthly accruals
- Lead specific HR projects and collaborate in cross functional projects as HR representative.
Requirements:
- Degree in Administration, Economics, HR or relative field.
- Three years of HR administration experience in multinational environment.
- In depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
- Experience in SAP.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
- A High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, multi-tasking, proactive planning, persistence and diplomacy are required.
- A high degree of discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside.
We offer:
- 6-month temporary contract
- Possibility of working in a leading company in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Schedule from 8 to 17hrs. from Monday to Thursday and intensive Friday.
- Hybrid position.
- Gross annual salary: 37.500€.
