We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Adobe Campaign Classic and/or Adobe Journey Optimizer to join our Marketing Automation team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing customer journeys and multichannel campaigns using Adobe automation tools. You’ll collaborate closely with CRM, BI, and creative teams to deliver personalized, data-driven experiences across email, push notifications, SMS, and web.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Design and implement end-to-end customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer and/or Adobe Campaign Classic.
Develop and manage complex workflows, segmentation strategies, and dynamic content for multichannel campaigns.
Collaborate with data teams to define audience criteria, integrate data sources, and ensure data quality and compliance.
Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize engagement and conversion.
Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Ensure best practices in campaign execution, deliverability, and platform governance.
Support testing, QA, and troubleshooting of journeys and campaign logic.
REQUIREMENTS Proven experience with Adobe Campaign Classic (workflow creation, delivery setup, schema design).
Hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
Strong knowledge of customer data models, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
Familiarity with REST APIs, data connectors, and integration with external systems.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and scripting languages (JavaScript, AMPscript, or similar) for email personalization.
Analytical mindset with experience using reporting tools and KPIs for campaign optimization.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in dynamic environments.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Adaptability to new teams, processes, clients, or day-to-day tasks.
NICE TO HAVE Adobe certifications (e.g., Adobe Campaign Developer, Adobe Journey Optimizer Expert).
Experience with other Adobe Experience Cloud tools (AEP, Real-Time CDP, Adobe Analytics).
Understanding of privacy regulations such as GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.
Experience with other Marketing Automation tools (SFMC, Braze, Agillic, etc.)
