How you can help
Reporting to our Chief Global Customer Officer, the successful candidate should have proven experience in key account sales and connectivity with large CPG retailers and suppliers.
The ideal candidate will have experience in CPG, Retail, and Professional Services, with a focus on data-led insights and advisory capabilities to drive growth. Experience in sales and client management within services industries is also valuable.
Responsibilities
* Provide organizational, sales, and client service leadership for the Advantage Global business.
* Build strong relationships with CPG clients, ensuring they gain value from our work and advocate for Advantage.
* Achieve sales and profit goals within the client portfolio and meet new business development targets.
* Collaborate with Commercial, Market, and Finance teams to align with business strategies, including financial reporting and forecasting.
* Work across functions to meet client needs and develop proposals.
* Negotiate effectively to reach win-win agreements with clients.
* Support market leaders in developing collaborations with global clients at the country level.
* Enhance the Advantage brand through presentations, conference participation, white papers, and articles.
Location
Ideally based in Europe (Spain, France, UK, Netherlands, Germany). The role is remote (home office).
Travel may include client meetings, visits to Toronto, conferences, or industry events.
