Atlas Copco is seeking a Technical Support Specialist in Madrid. In this role, you will assist technicians and distributors with troubleshooting and problem-solving, while optimizing the use of industrial equipment.
You will be responsible for delivering training, evaluating warranty cases, and providing on-site support, in a hybrid working arrangement between remote work and our customer center in Coslada.
The ideal candidate has a background in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering with 2–3 years of applicable experience.
