About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical AI Trainer to support the development, training, and improvement of artificial intelligence models. The role involves creating, reviewing, and evaluating data such as text, questions & answers, prompts, and model outputs to ensure accuracy, relevance, and quality aligned with project guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create, curate, and annotate high-quality training data for AI/LLM models
* Develop and validate questions, answers, prompts, and explanations based on defined guidelines
* Review and evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, logic, relevance, and compliance
* Identify errors, biases, or inconsistencies in model responses and provide corrective feedback
* Follow project-specific quality standards, formatting rules, and timelines
* Perform quality checks and revisions based on QA/client feedback
* Maintain confidentiality and data security throughout the project lifecycle
* Collaborate with QA teams, reviewers, and project managers as required
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (Education, Engineering, Science, Humanities, xohynlm or related domains)
* Strong written communication skills in EnglishExcellent analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to follow detailed instructions and structured formatsBasic understanding of AI, machine learning, or large language models (preferred, not mandatory)
Preferred Skills:
* Experience in data annotation, content creation, QA, or training roles
* Familiarity with AI tools, annotation platforms, or content management systems
* Subject-matter expertise in one or more domains (e.g., Math, Science, Coding, Language, Finance, etc.)
