Company Overview

We are part of the American corporation EATON, which operates worldwide. Our automotive plant in Bielsko, established in 2005, employs over 1000 people. We produce engine valves, hydraulic lifters, and rocker arms for the automotive industry globally.

What you’ll do

As an HR Manager, you will provide Human Resources leadership within the Bielsko-Biala campus. You will guide, direct, and administer Human Resources Management policies and processes to achieve corporate and site objectives. You will drive cultural changes and ensure consistency across the entire facility. This position reports to the plant manager and functionally to the Director of HR, Mobility Group EMEA.

Main Responsibilities

* Act as a business partner, strategic solution provider, advisor, and counselor for the leadership team.
* Drive standard and consistent HR policies and practices aligned with Eaton.
* Foster organizational change.
* Create a positive employee relations culture.
* Align with and serve as a role model and sponsor for Eaton Values and Philosophy.
* Serve as a center of excellence in training, development, compensation management, employee engagement, and performance management.
* Build organizational capability to meet current and future business needs.
* Establish and maintain open communication with executives and managers at various levels.
* Interface with Trade Unions or other employee groups.
* Sponsor Inclusion & Diversity activities.
* Manage training needs, development, and deployment across the campus.
* Administer and monitor performance management and Organizational Capability Assessment (OCA).
* Administer compensation programs to ensure competitive pay practices.
* Lead or participate in HR initiatives and special projects.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field; Master’s preferred.
* At least 8 years of HR experience, with 3 years in a managerial role within a multinational company preferred.

* Advanced English and Polish language skills.
* Leadership, coaching, consulting, and facilitation skills.
* Negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
