WITH US, YOU WILL BE
* Manage and build long-term relationships with an existing portfolio of large sized publishers
* Manage the top deals and negotiations between the biggest advertisers and publishers in the industry
* Scale portfolio, revenues and volumes
* Set up processes in the publishing department, such as marketplace optimization, website promotions, negotiation and reporting of new deals
* Optimise advertising placements, website layouts and advising publishers on how to scale revenues
* Conduct active business development for new publishers
* Stay on top of industry trends and providing website and data analysis on a continuous basis
* Prepare weekly/monthly financial and data reports
* Attend trade shows around the world
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
* Excellent level of English, other languages are highly valued
* Strong negotiations skills
* Revenue based
* Ability to work autonomously and under pressure
* Previous experience from an advertising network is highly advantageous
* Critical-thinking and basic mathematical skills
* Comfortable with adult content
* A passion for online advertising, technology and new digital innovations
* Excellent communication and client relationship skills
* Ability to work autonomously and within in a team, in a fast-paced environment
