As the global pay equity lead, you will own analytics, methodology, and governance to ensure compliant, transparent compensation across ~30 countries. You will partner with HR Ethics/Compliance, Legal, Finance, and regional HR to drive end-to-end pay equity programs and EU regulatory readiness. You’ll translate complex regulatory topics into actionable guidance for leadership while steering cross-functional compensation initiatives. This role offers autonomy, strategic impact, and the chance to shape global pay equity practices at scale.

• Serve as global subject-matter expert on pay equity analysis, methodology, and interpretation to ensure compliance and practical implementation
• Design, execute, and oversee enterprise-wide pay equity analyses across multiple countries and compensation elements
• Establish consistent analytical frameworks, governance standards, and documentation with local regulatory nuance
• Interpret results, identify drivers, assess risk, and develop actionable recommendations with Compensation and HR leadership
• Lead complex, multiyear, global initiatives related to pay equity and transparency or other HR projects

• Identify risks, dependencies, and change management needs; ensure alignment with Legal, HR Ethics/Compliance, and regional HR

• Lead EU Pay Transparency Directive readiness including pay gap reporting, job architecture alignment, pay range posting, data governance
• Partner with Legal, HR Ethics/Compliance, and regional HR for compliant implementation
• Translate evolving EU requirements into internal guidance, timelines, and action plans

• Advanced Excel and mathematics/statistical skills for financial modeling and reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for executive presentations
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse audiences
