If you are looking for a leading company to grow professionally and face new challenges, we offer you the opportunity to be part of **CREATECH MEDICAL.** You will join a young, innovative and enthusiastic team that truly encourages diversity and a powerful “can-do” attitude.**Objectives**Reporting directly to the Manufacturing Site Head Manager for Straumann Group in Mendaro (Createch), the production manager will be in charge of directing, planning and coordinating production, managing human and technical resources in a balanced way, with the aim of obtaining the best levels of performance and, therefore, a higher level of productivity, with a clear customer focus.The scope of work covers the entire production process, from the reception of raw materials to the final delivery of products, including manufacturing, quality control, maintenance, logistics, people management, safety and sustainability.**Functions**- Plan, direct and coordinate activities and production capacities, designing short-, medium- and long-term plans.- Lead and motivate the team under their charge. Supervise their performance and efficiency.- Create dynamics and culture of Continuous Improvement based on Lean Manufacturing. To do so, it will be necessary to execute and follow up the improvements implemented in production.- Optimize production processes to obtain the best results in terms of efficiency.- Ensure that production meets quality standards and health regulation ( MDR - Medical Device Reporting)- Carry out budget control and production KPIs, defining action plans.- Prepare and analyse productivity and quality reports.- Ensure the proper functioning of the supply, logistics and purchasing area to guarantee the availability of materials in terms of time, quality and quantity.- Management of suppliers.- Supervise the preventive maintenance plan for equipment, machines and installations, ensuring their correct functioning and integrity.- Coordinate and supervise the design, construction and assembly of new production cells.- Guarantee compliance with safety and hygiene standards and preventive activities, in accordance with the defined systems.- Maintain effective communication with the other managers and departments of the company, to ensure compliance with the planning and achievement of general objectives.**Requirements**:- Advanced university degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering specialising in Industrial Organisation, Mechanics, Chemistry or specialised studies in Production Planning and Management.- Experience as a Production Manager or in similar positions.- Experience in Lean Manufacturing.- Knowledge of quality standards and health and safety regulations.- Experience in reporting on key production metrics.- Excellent organisational and leadership skills.- Effective communication skills to interact at different levels.- Ability to adapt to change.- Strong decision-making skills and a results-oriented approach.- Strategic mindset combined with a high sense of execution, teamwork and positive attitude.- Fluency in Spanish and English (C1-Advanced) is essential.**Additional Information**- Being part of our dynamic inspired and engaged Spanish team and join our inspiring general community of #ChangeMakers- Create your footprint in the dental industry with an industry-leading portfolio of innova
