OFG is seeking a Radio Network Optimization Engineer with GSM/LTE/NR Huawei experience.
Main Tasks:
* Mobility strategy audit and optimization suggestions
* LNR parameter audit and optimization suggestions
* LTE/NR Carrier Aggregation (CA) parameter suggestions
* Scripts preparation and RFC verification
* KPI analysis and troubleshooting
* Weekly technical report preparation
Requirements:
* 5+ years of Radio Network Optimization experience, including GSM, LTE, and NR Huawei expertise
* At least 1 year of Radio Network Optimization experience in NR
* Experience with multicarrier and multi-layer networks (2G, 4G, 5G)
* Proficiency with tools such as Mapinfo, Atoll, PRS, U2000, Business Objects, Romes, TEMS
* Team player with flexible working hours
* Experience in swap/modernization projects
* Good communication skills and excellent verbal and written English
Workplace & Duration:
Remote work from Spain, Hungary, Romania, Czech Republic, or Austria. First week onsite. Duration: 2 months, from 07/07 to 07/09.
