Direct report to the R&D; & Project Controlling Team Leader.**How can you become part of our success?**- Manage the R&D; Projects of the Center from controlling perspective.
- Manage R&D; project cost planning to ensure transparency on the R&D; budget, actuals and forecast.
- Actively focus on the month-end-closing and the planning phase.
- Calculating the cost of the project working very close to the project manager.
- Playing the role of financial director of the project by translating the project into costs and challenging the engineers to get better prices, even changing factory processes if it is necessary, to change machinery to achieve lower costs.
- Checking if there are processes in which it is cheaper for us to buy something outside than to do it ourselves.
- Maintaining relationships with project partners to analyse every cost issue of the project.
- During the summer, the department creates the budget, but to foresee more in the long term, the commercial planner gives a lot of support to the Controlling department.**What skills do you need?**- Engineering Degree (desirable Industrial engineer with MBA in Financial)
- English (C1).
- (Desirable) German and Spanish will be a plus.
- Use of Facton, or other project cost calculation program.
- Ms Office expert (Excel).
- 4-5 years expertise in reporting / customer project/ PDP controlling and cost calculation.
- Relationship with Controlling, Financial, Automotive (reflected on CV).
