At VASS|T4S, we are partnering with a key client to identify a high-calibre Business Analyst with a strong strategic mindset and a solid background in finance and controlling.
This is not a typical reporting role — we are looking for someone who can connect data, business insight, and decision-making at a senior level.
Your Role
You will act as a strategic partner to the business, driving clarity and insight across complex data environments. Your focus will be on:
* Analysing financial and operational deviations across multiple information systems
* Performing root-cause analysis to uncover key business drivers
* Working with BI/BW data (non-developer role) to validate outputs and ensure data integrity
* Supporting improvements in data quality, processes, and business performance
* Delivering ad hoc analysis to inform high-level decision-making
Your Profile
* 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in finance / controlling environments
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
* Comfortable navigating complex datasets and translating them into business insights
* Proven ability to challenge, validate and improve data-driven processes
* Fluent English (C1 minimum); German is a plus
