Requirements:
1. 2+ years of experience in Business Consulting at top firms (Deloitte, KPMG, EY,
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
3. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
4. Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for business stakeholders
5. Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work cross-functionally
6. English level: C1 or higher
7. Preferred location: Madrid

8. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and analysis
9. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
10. Analyze financial performance and provide insights to support strategic decisions

12. Participate in process improvements to streamline financial workflows and reporting
