What You'll Do (Depending on Role Level)
Sales Head (Team Lead)
* Lead Spain market development and expansion strategy
* Build, manage, and coach the local sales team
* Develop key accounts and strategic partnerships
* Drive revenue growth and market penetration
Sales Executives (2 positions)
* Develop and manage customer relationships (distributors, growers)
* Promote biostimulant and fertilizer solutions
* Support product demos, trials, and technical discussions
* Achieve individual sales targets
What We're Looking For
For Sales Head:
* Solid experience in agriculture / fertilizers / biostimulants / agrochemicals
* Strong network in Spain's agriculture sector
* Proven leadership or business development experience
For Sales Executives:
* 1–5 years of relevant experience (agriculture / sales preferred)
* Strong communication skills and customer orientation
* Passion for agriculture and willingness to grow
For All Candidates:
* Fluent Spanish (mandatory)
* English working proficiency
* Based in Spain or willing to relocate
Compensation
* Sales Executives: up to RMB 500K annual package (or EUR equivalent)
* Sales Head: competitive & negotiable
