The roleWe are looking for a Business Development Representative(Trainee) to join our team in Madrid and support the expansion of the Springboard35 partner network.

This role is part of the Growth Team and is focused on identifying, engaging, and activating potential partners who can join our ecosystem and contribute to scaling Springboard's commercial reach.

You will gain hands-on experience in partnership development, outbound prospecting, and early-stage growth strategies, working closely with experienced Business Developers and Growth Managers.

This is a unique opportunity to understand how strategic partnerships are built in a fast-paced international tech environment.

Your mission

As a Business Development Representative (Trainee), your main focus will be to support the expansion of the Springboard35 partner ecosystem by:

Identifying potential strategic partners aligned with Springboard35's growth strategyBuilding and qualifying targeted prospect lists based on market and industry researchSupporting outbound outreach to potential partners (email, LinkedIn, calls, etc.)Participating in initial conversations with prospective partnersAssisting in qualifying leads and assessing strategic fitManaging and updating the CRM to ensure a structured pipelineSupporting the preparation of outreach messaging and value propositionsContributing to the optimization of outreach and engagement processesSupporting the Growth Team in day-to-day outbound and partnership acquisition activities

Requirements

Internship agreement with a university or business school (mandatory)Based in MadridVery good level of English (spoken and written) and fluent SpanishNo previous experience required, but exposure to sales, marketing, or startups is a plusInterest in tech, SaaS, startups, or growth environmentsStrong motivation to learn and develop in a commercial/growth roleAnd of course, a good sense of humor
