About your role

As Head of Insight for Schweppes (SBFE), you will be the strategic partner to the central Schweppes team, turning consumer understanding, market signals, and business intelligence into sharp, futurefocused direction. You’ll navigate a complex, multimarket environment, influence senior leaders, and ensure that insight becomes a true engine of growth across Europe. This role sits at the heart of brand strategy, innovation, and performance, with a mandate to elevate how Schweppes understands and serves the Seikatsusha.
What You'll Do
- Lead the integration of consumer insight (CI) and business intelligence (BI) to build forwardlooking perspectives that shape brand and business strategy.
- Monitor market trends, brand performance, and external dynamics to identify growth opportunities, risks, and knowledge gaps.
- Partner with marketing and Commercial Excellence teams to cobuild brand strategy, validate consumerfacing assets, and enable insightled decisionmaking.
- Coordinate Schweppes’ research plans across SBFE markets, ensuring alignment with portfolio strategy, MTP & AOP planning, and research guidelines.
- Build and drive a European learning agenda in collaboration with local insight teams.
- Influence senior stakeholders across a matrix organisation, balancing market needs with a central, brandfirst perspective.
