The Opportunity: brThe Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be a core member of the executive leadership team, responsible for company-wide operations and execution across product, platform, and mobile gaming business units. Partnering closely with the CEO and Board, the COO will help scale the organization while maintaining speed, accountability, and a strong product-driven culture. brKey Responsibilities: brOwn and execute the company's global operational strategy in partnership with the CEO and Board brBuild scalable operating models, systems, and KPIs across product, Ad Tech, and gaming divisions brDrive alignment between Product, Finance, HR, Technology, and Game Studios brLead, mentor, and scale senior leadership teams across multiple business units brEstablish executive dashboards and reporting to support data-driven decisions brBalance operational rigor with innovation, creativity, and fast iteration.
