This position plays a central role in growing product activities in their region, with a focus on the Catalonia region. The candidate will be responsible for educating, training, and supporting customers and leaders in this territory. This role requires strong clinical skills, a customer-service-oriented approach, and close collaboration with the EMEA Commercial and Clinical Director, the Country Manager, and technical support teams.
Essential job functions :
* Educate customers, medical staff, and potential customers on all clinical aspects of company technology.
* Provide technical and clinical training to account staff.
* Offer on-demand support to customers and address clinical inquiries related to technology use.
* Visit customers regularly to educate and support their staff.
* Manually grade sleep studies.
* Manage communication and collaboration with local key opinion leaders and professional associations/societies.
* Assist clients with clinical questions.
Education and Certifications :
* Biomedical Engineer / Biology / Nursing
Job Requirements :
* At least three years of experience in sleep medicine, such as a sleep technician, respiratory and sleep physiologist, or biomedical engineer.
* Experience in clinical training (mentoring new staff) is an advantage.
* Ability to make presentations.
* Self-discipline and ability to manage your own schedule.
Languages :
* Mastery of the local language (Spanish, Catalan) and English is essential.
