Business Development Manager (Spain)

As a Business Development/Technical Sales Manager, you will expanding the companies reach, leveraging your current network to build new sales partnerships across the Region. You will be working alongside world leading experts to build solutions that tackle real life issues. We look for passionate people that want to grow in an ethics driven environment, promoting sustainability and diversity.

This is a Hybrid opportunity working out of the companies site in San Sebastian, Spain.

Responsibilities
Performs product sales activities for new/renewal business to achieve or exceed given product and service revenue objectives.
Partners with field and enterprise sales within the company and Channel partners, to collaboratively develop and proactively execute strategies that drive product and service revenue as part of an overall account strategy.
Effectively contributes to all stages of the sales process.
Facilitates communication with the sales and technical team for updates on product capabilities, success stories and winning strategies.
Establishes, develops, and maintains business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business for the organization’s products and services.
Participates in industry shows and conventions.
Creates and leads advanced solution presentations to match identified customer needs using the company's products & services. Identifies Company advantages and positions products and services as superior to competitive offerings.
Coordinates and organises technical support for demos, PoCs, support of evaluation, training etc.
Works with team members to develop clear and effective written proposals, quotations, and value propositions for current and prospective customers.
Provides client feedback to product development and marketing staff.

Required Qualifications
Proven track record of Sourcing and closing six and seven-figure new logo deals within a given territory
Masters Degree in sciences or engineering
10+ years for Business development representative, years of sales or consulting experience in selling engineering/technology applications.
Experience Selling AI Products
Achieve or exceed required sales quota.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently, and with other functional teams (DEV, Marketing, PM etc.)
Ability to foster collaboration & coordination with personnel distributed across multiple global sites.
Aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine appropriate solutions for customers.
Native Spanish speaker
