As part of the expansion of our Sales organization in Spain, we are looking for a Proposal Manager to support the acquisition of complex international automation projects .
This role sits at the intersection of engineering, project management and commercial strategy, ensuring that customer proposals are technically sound, competitive and aligned with business objectives.

Your responsibilities
As a Proposal Manager, you will lead the preparation and coordination of proposals for large-scale intralogistics and automation systems .
Working closely with engineering, sales and technical experts, you will transform customer requirements into structured and competitive system solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing bid projects during the project acquisition phase
Coordinating interdisciplinary teams across engineering and sales
Analyzing customer requirements and defining system design concepts
Preparing proposal budgets, cost calculations and pricing strategies
Identifying and evaluating technical and commercial risks
Developing bid strategies, timelines and target pricing models
Leading proposal milestone meetings and coordinating internal stakeholders
Presenting proposal status and updates to senior management
What we are looking for
Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or similar).
2–3 years of experience in bid management or project management.
Experience in system or plant engineering environments.
Ideally experience coordinating small to medium technical teams.
Understanding of complex technical systems.
Experience working with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Knowledge of material flow systems, conveyor systems or parcel handling solutions is a strong advantage.
Familiarity with conveying, sorting or classification equipment in logistics environments is a plus.
Languages
English – business level (mandatory).
Spanish or Portuguese – business level.
German is a plus.
