Inside Sales (IT) - Multilingual
We are seeking an Inside Sales specialist to join our team. The role involves engaging with potential partners and customers across various languages including Polish, Dutch, German, Arabic, Italian, and French.
Responsibilities
* Be a focal point for delivering a strong first impression and establishing long-term relationships with partners.
* Identify and establish the purpose of calls, following a designed talk track for consistency.
* Focus on offering solutions tailored to the target audience.
* Monitor customer and prospect activity to deliver an outstanding engagement experience.
* Highlight competitive offers and solutions aligned with customer needs.
* Gather customer feedback and communicate insights back to the business.
* Meet targets related to ISV onboarding, activation, nurturing, and engagement metrics.
* Complete activities within a 48-hour SLA and manage ISV marketplace publications.
Requirements
* Native/fluent in Polish, Dutch, German, Arabic, Italian, or French; fluent in English (minimum B2 level).
* Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, IT, Marketing, or relevant field.
* Previous sales and marketing experience, especially in IT account management.
* Excellent sales skills and familiarity with modern selling techniques.
* Proven ability to execute messaging strategies and collaborate with decision-makers.
* Accurate reporting skills for call outcomes and notes.
* Deep industry knowledge with solution delivery capabilities.
* Proficiency with Outlook, O365, web conferencing tools, and CRM systems.
* Strong understanding and passion for cloud technologies.
* Excellent communication skills and professional language use.
