P General Summary /pp Achieve targeted sales goals and objectives within the territory by presenting, promoting and selling Candela Glace product line and associated consumables to physicians and/or other customers as dictated by respective state regulations in a defined sale. /pp Essential Job Functions /pp• Increase to, or maintain, a high level of Glace unit sales production every quarter. /pp• Consult with medical professionals regarding product benefits to patients, and ROI to practice. /pp• Prospect and identify new account opportunities /pp• Pipeline Development: /pp o Maintain a specified dollar amount in qualified business every quarter /pp o Identify new accounts each quarter that are actively seeking to invest in new technology. /pp• Schedule and execute Glace product demonstrations with involvement of Clinical Educator /pp• Present Glace in a compliant, professional, knowledgeable, ethical and sincere manner /pp• Interact professionally with physicians, allied health care personnel, and/or other laser users /pp• Represent Candela at workshops, tradeshows, conferences and conventions /pp• Support clinical efforts when necessary or practical /pp• Support sales and marketing by relaying key competitive and/or clinical information /pp• Work with AVP Sales Directors to develop quarterly forecast objectives /pp• Manage home and mobile ofice to enhance responsiveness to customers and sales support personnel. /pp• Keep CRM (Salesforce.com) up-to-date at all times /pp Knowledge/Educational Requirements /pp• Education: BA/BS degree of higher preferred /pp• Experience: 1-3 years, capital equipment or other B2B product sales required. /pp• Experience with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, med spas, or other aesthetics highly preferred /pp• Willingness to travel 25 to 50% of the time /p
