Job Title: Account Manager Customer Service
Role Description: As an Account Manager Customer Service, you will develop, maintain, and improve relations with your assigned accounts to maximize and boost service business with contract solutions that add value to our customers.
Your Responsibilities:
* Maximize customer service order intake, sales, and price realization at assigned accounts.
* Ensure continuity of relationships with all stakeholders in the accounts’ organization and facilitate executive-level interfaces between the company and the accounts.
* Prepare and execute the annual account plan and sales forecast in line with regional strategy.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of local marketing strategies.
* Systematically analyze won & lost deals, customer expectations, satisfaction (NPS), market trends, competition, and challenges.
Qualifications:
* Solid knowledge of the Healthcare industry and service segment.
* Experience working with large matrix teams both internally and externally.
* Understanding of local market environments, public tenders, challenges, and regulations.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
* Valid driving license.
* Willingness and ability to visit customers in the field.
