Description
We’re seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Director, Business Process, ERP & Transformation to spearhead the design, standardization, and implementation of end-to-end business processes across our organisation as part of a global ERP transformation. Reporting to the ERP – Business Lead, you are the vital link between business functions and technology, ensuring that process excellence is embedded within our ERP solution and aligned with both strategic objectives and operational realities
Key Accountabilities
Process Design & Standardization
1. Lead the definition and harmonization of global business processes (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR) to align with ERP capabilities.
2. Collaborate with functional leaders to co-create process design principles and KPIs.
3. Build the capability of Operational Excellence across the organisations (regions & functions)
ERP Implementation Leadership
4. Partner with Technical Services (IT) and system integrators to ensure process requirements are accurately translated into ERP configurations.
5. Oversee pilot implementations and global rollouts, ensuring timely delivery and adoption.
Stakeholder Engagement
6. Establish Global Process Ownership as a key element of the Operating Model of the organisation
7. Engage with GPOs and GPLs to drive process excellence methods and decisions across the organisation
8. Ability to engage at all levels in the organisation from a technical as well as business perspective
9. Act as the primary liaison between global business units, functional teams, and ERP programme leadership.
10. Facilitate workshops and change impact assessments to align stakeholders on process changes.
Change Management & Training
11. Support change management initiatives by identifying process impacts and helping teams adapt to new ways of working.
12. Contribute to training content and ensure process owners are equipped to sustain the transformation.
Governance & Compliance
13. Ensure processes comply with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
14. Maintain documentation via chosen ERP process tool and oversee process governance post-implementation.
15. Ensure that Process and Data governance is adopted by regions and functions alike
Experience & Knowledge
16. Experience in process leadership, ERP implementation and cross-functional transformation
17. Global exposure: Experience working in multinational environments with diverse stakeholders
18. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of ERP systems, process mapping tools (e.g. Signavio, Nintex, etc), and reporting platforms; experience with Business Process Architecture
19. Lean Six Sigma
20. Ability to translate complex business & technical problems into clear communication material
21. Soft Skills: Solid communication skills across exec to operational levels, stakeholder management at all levels in the organisation – an experienced facilitator with the ability to manage conflict and drive towards a solution
