The person appointed will be responsible for the industrialization processes of new product development in the assigned manufacturing lines and product range.**The following will be your main tasks and responsibilities**:- Report, test and define new industrialization processes for new product development, defining tools, materials and vendors.- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary Project Team and all the departments in the supply chain process to the new product Development introduction and industrialization in our factory, assuring lean processes and a safe environment.- Manage changes in their system regarding bill of materials.- Coordinate and lead the phases of manufacturing prototypes, tests, and create technical documentation.- Take responsibility with agreements with vendors for tooling, manufacturing machinery and new designs, and follow up their delivery.- Assess and improve current manufacturing and logistics processes and implement continuous improvement in the assigned manufacturing lines and warehouse markets, in collaboration with internal partners.- Analise and handle manufacturing costs and budget the industrialization of new product development.- Create and provide precise information for decision making in manufacturing processes, estimating costs, workforce and materials required, following up lead times and future orders planning.- Keep reliable and safe information updated in the management system while improving the KPI´s of the Manufacturing and Logistics department.**Experience requirements**:At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in an industrial factory, oriented to continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.**Education requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering. A Master's specialization in industrialization and manufacturing is a plus.**Knowledge requirements**:- New project developments, especially for the optimization of existing manufacturing processes.- Lean Manufacturing.- Lean Logistics and Supply Chain.- You are a natural with digital tools and learning new technical software.- Full professional competence in English and Spanish.**You are the perfect fit for the team if**:You are an excellent communicator and natural team player.
