Mid/Senior LLM Engineer

They're looking for a Mid/Senior LLM Engineer to join our growing AI team. You’ll work alongside world-leading experts on groundbreaking projects.
What You’ll Do
* Design and develop new methods for compressing and optimizing LLMs
* Fine-tune and benchmark models for accuracy, robustness, and efficiency
* Work with cross-functional teams to integrate LLMs into real-world products
* Guide and mentor junior engineers in LLM development
* Stay at the cutting edge of research in AI, LLMs, and quantum-inspired computing
What We’re Looking For
* MSc/PhD in AI, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
* 2+ years (Mid) or 5+ years (Senior) hands-on experience training or fine-tuning Transformer/LLM models
* Strong expertise in PyTorch, HuggingFace, and GPU computing
* Experience with cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker)
* Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills
* Fluent in English
* Bonus: Experience with model compression, RAG systems, HPC, TensorRT, vLLM, or DevOps/MLOps.
