Key RequirementsDeep passion for fashion and luxuryExperience in a similar role within fashion retail companiesAbility to drive and exceed individual and store results, as well as excellent commercial awareness and customers' attitudeAbility to adapt to different customersTeam-playing attitudeStrong communication skillsAbility to work in a dynamic environmentFluent in spanish and english. Another language is a plus
