Job Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new export sales opportunities.
* Conduct market research in the HVAC and IT sectors.
* Analyze market trends, laws, regulations, and trade restrictions.
* Analyze competitors.
* Define product requirements for the market.
* Develop company presentations.
* Identify potential partners.
* Create an installers network.
* Manage relations with IT and HVAC manufacturers, developers, distributors, representatives, builders, and installers.
* Support marketing strategies of the company (trade shows, industry events, etc.).
* Manage relationships with new and existing customers.
* Understand customers’ needs and provide customer service.
* Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Manage accounts payment and incident monitoring.
* Conduct in-person/online meetings to search, attract, retain, and build client relationships.
* Provide product technical training.
* Perform periodic CRM reporting (visits to customers, quotations, etc.) and feedback.
* Manage the database of customers in your area using CRM, creating sales reports, forecasts, and analysis.
* Deliver technical product presentations and training to customers to assist them in commissioning and troubleshooting systems.
* Oversee technical post-sale management in coordination with the technical support department.
* Monitor projects from beginning to end.
* Communicate with MEP engineers to get the Airzone systems specified.
* Draft projects in coordination with the project department.
* Follow up on projects between specification and sale completion.
* Prepare, monitor, and negotiate quotations and projects.
* Close sales deals.
* Manage project activities at the construction level (installation monitoring and/or follow-up).
* Ensure satisfaction of customers (developers, engineers, contractors, installers, end users).
* Collaborate with various internal departments such as production, logistics, finance, human resources, marketing, tech support, back office, projects, training, and web support.
* Collaborate with other Sales Account Managers in the EMEA market and other markets.
* Maintain a solid understanding of the technical aspects of the products or services being sold, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
* Stay informed about industry trends, challenges, regulations, and competitors.
* Commit to continuous learning and professional development, including attending training programs, workshops, industry events, and staying informed through relevant publications and resources.
* Coordinate commercial training for Sales Engineers, representatives, distributors, and manufacturers with the Training Department.
Requirements
* Bachelor in Mechanical, Industrial, or Telecom Engineering is required.
* English C2 (preferably native).
* Based in Malaga.
* Availability to travel in Europe 50% of the time.
Preferred Skills
* Sales experience in the HVAC/Home Automation Industry preferred.
* Experience in HVAC/Home Automation applied sales in a distributor or major manufacturer is a plus.
