What will you do day-to-day?
* Coordinate and lead the operations team: task assignment, rotations, and follow-up.
* Drive improvements in safety, productivity, and efficiency.
* Communicate procedures, safety measures, and operational instructions.
* Train and develop the team.
* Plan resources and adjust operations based on needs.
* Collaborate with other key departments.
* Act as back-up for the HUB Supervisor.
* Prepare reports and operational analyses.

What are we looking for in you?
* Higher Vocational Training (university degree is a plus).
* Intermediate to high level of English.
* Fluent in Spanish.
* Experience leading teams (highly valued).

* Excellent communication skills.
* Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook).
* Driver's license.
* Flexibility is important in our organization, including for this role: Night shift: 01:00 – 09:00
