**B**PM analyst**
**Role Purpose**
Responsibility to manage the reporting on main customer KPIs, like Stop Shipment-Reporting, 95% Performance, Dealer Delivery Performance, OPC Performance, Short Sea Reporting and Stop Shipment Reporting
Responsibility to provide data analysis support
Responsible for providing data analysis and management information in order to support the business in achieving main customer KPI targets Support the creation of monthly Management Scorecard reports
**Key Accountabilities**
- Responsible for ensuring all KPI’s and financial service reports (OPC) are accurate and delivered to Ford within the agreed timeline and frequency.
- High degree of accuracy required as monthly reporting impacts directly Customer Freight P&L; statement.
- Work towards aggressive timelines.
- Responsible for providing data analysis and management information to improve KPIs and support business stakeholder to identify areas for improvement.
- Point of contact for customer teams in relation to business performance.
- Create weekly / monthly performance reports based on data provided by the local teams
- Create performance forecasts and glide paths reports for all main KPIs
- Provide ad hoc analysis and other reports requested by the business or customer
- Support of business improvement projects
**Requirements for the job**
- Ideally at least 2-3 years varied experience in a logistics or business reporting role
- Strong analytical skills with good attention to detail
- Financial awareness and understanding of key costs and cost drivers within the supply chain environment
- Able to assess existing operations (own / customer) and identify areas for improvement
- Ability to think conceptually, think “out of the box” and translate ideas to “real world”
- Good written and spoken English is essential and other European languages desirable
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPivot, Access, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of DB2 SQL, T-SQL
- Good Knowledge of Business Intelligence Tools (i.e., QlikView, Tableau, PowerBI)
