Category Development Lead
We are seeking an experienced Category Development Lead to drive growth and profitability in our Iberia Business.
About the Role:
* Analyze market trends and consumer needs to inform category strategies
* Develop long-term development plans for product categories
* Position products to maximize visibility and appeal
* Collaborate with Marketing & Sales teams to determine competitive pricing and promotional activities
* Lead monthly category review analysis and meetings at subcategory level
* Track financial KPIs to deliver top-line and bottom-line targets
* Manage P&L levers to drive commercial success
* Oversee all aspects of the product mix: design, packaging, pricing, promotions
* Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute category management and sales strategies
Requirements:
* EU Working Permit required
* College Degree or Master Degree from a Business School
* 4-5 years experience in FMCG
* Strong ownership attitude and ability to drive results independently
* Fluent in Spanish and English
* Excellent Excel and Presentation skills
