The EPM will work closely with Contract Manufacturers (CMs) on product development and provide updates to eero leadership. This effort will require superior engineering and communication skills to keep the programs on track and focused on success. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liWork closely with CM partners to develop industry‑leading eero products. /li liInstill and evangelize a standard for hardware maturity. Help enforce engineering rigor and manage executive expectations. /li liStructure our long‑range roadmap development. Queue up exploratory activities and stay abreast of industry trends and new technology development. /li liSet the hardware schedule. Define the critical path and develop a build cadence that sets ambitious targets while managing risk. /li liBe the hub for hardware communication. Act as the primary point of contact for overall hardware development. /li liTrack program risks and drive closure on engineering issues.
