Join Siemens Gamesa as a Supplier Quality Assistance Trainee, where you will play a vital role in managing and maintaining high-quality non‑conformance (NC) and deviation data within our NC management system. Imagine being at the forefront of ensuring accurate and timely processing of CDRs and supplier non‑conformities, all while collaborating closely with Supplier Quality Engineers (SQEs) and cross‑functional stakeholders. You will lead the evaluation, containment, follow‑up, and closure of supplier non‑conformities, providing essential guidance and support to our suppliers. Your contributions will directly impact our commitment to quality and excellence in the energy sector.
How You’ll Make An Impact
* Manage supplier concessions and deviation processes from start to finish.
* Ensure accurate creation, processing, and tracking of CDRs and supplier non‑conformities in the NC tool.
* Route non‑conformities to the appropriate stakeholders and ensure timely disposition reviews.
* Follow up on non‑conformance closure, including supplier 8D reports, and communicate findings clearly.
* Analyze supplier non‑conformities to identify recurring issues and contribute to cost reduction through proactive analysis.
What You Bring
* Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and experience with Supplier Management and NC Management systems.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
* Fluent English (C2 level) for effective communication with internal teams and suppliers.
* High attention to detail and a proactive problem‑solving approach.
* Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills to ensure smooth operations.
