Overview
The Information Technology department is looking for an IT Project Manager for CRM. He/She will be responsible for Project Management and service levels of CRM. He/She must have experience in managing the full software life cycle.

Responsibilities

6. CRM Project management: planning, coordinating and
7. Understanding the needs of Business areas in order to identify and specify technical solutions to support
8. Management and follow-up with the business areas of IT projects.
9. Management of providers of development and maintenance of the systems that support the areas under his/her responsibility.
10. Direct report to the Commercial IT Manager.
Qualifications

11. Undergraduate degree, preferably in engineering or
12. Bilingual (English and Spanish)
13. Strong technical background: Microsoft technologies (.net, SQL Server, Power Platform, Azure Devops, CRM), web development (Java, API rest) and cloud computing.
14. At least 5 years of experience in technical project management related to software development in Technology or IT solutions implementation, either in consulting companies or IT
15. Experience with agile methodologies. Certifications will be a strong plus (PMP or Scrum master)
16. The candidate will have good communication and coordination skills since he/she will be working with other IT functional responsible (Business Partners), Users Areas, vendors and outsource IT support.
