Position: Community Manager
You will join our Social Media department, reporting directly to the Social Media Manager. We seek a hands-on, out-of-the-box thinker who can liaise with multiple departments and manage accounts for both our client, a leading automotive group, and our agency.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage social media channels daily, including tools, creativity, reporting, listening, and community management.
2. Implement group and brand strategies across channels.
3. Plan, develop, and manage content for social channels.
4. Prepare performance reports, including benchmarking and competition analysis.
5. Handle incident management and customer care.
6. Coordinate with international social teams and clients on calendars and campaigns.
7. Analyze trends and extract insights valuable for clients and the agency.
Qualifications:
* Experience with social media publishing and listening tools (e.g., Sprinklr).
* Digital expertise with a proactive approach to challenges.
* Strong communication skills; not necessarily a social media guru, but a professional in social media communication.
* Strategic vision for social networks and digital communication.
* Knowledge of Paid Media campaigns and optimization.
* Understanding of social media analytics and their relation to digital assets.
* Technical knowledge of digital trends and creativity.
* Willingness to learn and share knowledge with colleagues.
* Ability to present to clients and maintain international contacts.
* Excellent writing skills in Spanish.
* Proficiency in English (C1 level); knowledge of Italian or French is a plus.
* Ability to create memes and GIFs for internal communication.
