We are a vertically integrated property development studio specialising in bespoke luxury homes that respect Mallorcan heritage while embracing contemporary architecture. Working in-house allows us to follow each project from land acquisition through design, construction, and final delivery — offering our architects exposure to the full lifecycle of high-end residential projects.

We are looking for an
\n
Architect with a minimum of 4 years' professional experience to join our growing architectural team. This role is idóneo for someone eager to develop technically and creatively, working closely with senior architects while gaining hands-on experience across all project stages.

Responsibilities
\n
- Support the design development of residential projects from concept to delivery.
- Produce detailed architectural drawings and technical documentation.
- Assist in coordinating external consultants, engineers,

, and contractors.
\n
- Participate in construction site visits to support quality control and design intent.
- Collaborate closely with senior architects and the development team to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Help ensure compliance with local planning regulations and building codes.

Qualifications

- Degree in Architecture.
\n

3+ years of experience in an architectural practice or developer-led studio.
\n
- Experience working on residential projects; experience in the Balearics / Med is a plus but not essential.
- Strong technical drawing skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in

English and Spanish
\n

- Proficient in

AutoCAD.
\n
- Experience using
\n
Archicad is highly valued.
\n
- Knowledge of 3D modelling tools is considered a strong advantage.
- Interest or experience in applying AI tools within the architectural design and project development process will be positively valued.
