You will join the Maintenance Department, crucial for ensuring operational reliability, efficiency, and safety of our production assets. Our team continually improves processes and implements best practices in maintenance and engineering.
How can you help us?
We seek a proactive, technically skilled Electromechanical Engineer to lead maintenance operations. Responsibilities include managing maintenance tasks, ensuring quality, analyzing equipment issues, implementing improvements, managing CMMS, coordinating with teams, ensuring safety compliance, and leading and motivating the maintenance team.
Skills and competencies include a technical degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, experience in a similar role, knowledge of industrial programming, CMMS software, and leadership qualities. Fluency in English at B2 level is required.
