Responsibilities

* Visit end customers and companies, establish, maintain and update customer files in database system.
* Develop and maintain public relationships, building reliable connections with clients.
* Identify business opportunities and follow up on orders.
* Collect project information, promote sales, and analyze competitor data.
* Co‑create sales and implementation plans, completing sales targets.
* Participate in commercial negotiations for key projects to ensure regional business objectives are met.
* Support financing and collection activities.
Qualifications
*
* Familiarity with the local market and construction machinery knowledge, priority given to heavy machinery such as excavators, mobile cranes, concrete, tower cranes, forklifts, foundations, aerial work machinery, and mining equipment.
* Diploma and bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, international business, or a related field.
* Preference for experience coordinating with leasing organizations.
* Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, and reliable professional conduct. xpzdshu
* Valid driving license.
