We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager for our Madrid office, who will oversee the end-to-end delivery of services to our clients, ensuring high service levels and quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in telecommunications service management, coordinating support teams, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise implementation and support services for projects, including hardware repair activities, ensuring timely and quality delivery to clients.
* Manage the technical team, coordinate tasks, develop skills, and evaluate competencies to ensure departmental efficiency and success.
* Develop and maintain close relationships with clients regarding service matters.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure services meet current and future client needs and expectations.
* Define and monitor service levels, reporting methods, performance metrics, and continuous improvement actions.
* Manage escalation and incident resolution processes within maintenance contracts, providing high-quality service.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, IT, or similar, or equivalent training.
* At least 5 years of experience in a similar support leadership role, preferably with experience in mission-critical/business-critical projects.
* Strong knowledge of service management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
* Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
* Ability to lead and coordinate teams, fostering a collaborative work environment focused on continuous improvement.
