We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Technical Consultant to support our client on an initial 3-month remote engagement. In this role, you will work closely with platform owners, technical teams and key stakeholders to design, configure and deliver scalable IT Operations Management solutions within the ServiceNow environment.
Responsibilities
* Implement, configure and customize the ServiceNow ITOM suite
* Ensure seamless integration between ITOM and other modules such as ITSM, ITAM and CMDB
* Build and optimize Discovery patterns, probes and sensors
* Maintain high-quality CMDB data through proper modelling, reconciliation and governance
* Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
* Convert functional requirements into efficient technical configurations
* Prepare clear documentation and knowledge transfer materials
Required Skills & Experience
* At least 3 years of hands‑on ServiceNow ITOM implementation experience.
* Strong hands‑on expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping and Event Management
* Proven experience with CMDB data modeling, reconciliation and maintenance.
* Experience working in cloud or hybrid infrastructure environments (AWS, Azure, VMware)
* Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Fluent Spanish and English

* ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM
* ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
