As a Graduate Process Improvement Data Analyst, you will work within HP’s Industrial Print Customer Success organization as part of the EMEA HP Indigo Continuous Improvement team. Your role will focus on analyzing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
* Proactively analyze existing processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
* Support process improvement initiatives across departments to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
* Maintain and improve existing tools to strengthen business performance.
* Develop and implement solutions to address identified issues, utilizing best practices and innovative approaches.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of process improvement initiatives.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
* Support cross-functional teams in executing process improvement projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
* Provide regular updates and reports on project status to senior management.
Key Deliverables/Accountabilities:
* Implementation of streamlined processes resulting in measurable improvements in efficiency and cost savings.
* Reduction of waste and duplication by eliminating non-value-added activities.
* Improvement in key performance indicators related to process efficiency and effectiveness.
Working Relationships:
* Report to management on project progress, risks, and opportunities.
* Work with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
* Coordinate with the Central Operations team for project synchronization.
Background & Knowledge:
* Recent graduate with a Degree or Master in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
* Solid foundation in project management and process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma).
* Familiar with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and process modeling.
* Understanding of change management principles.
Soft Skills:

* Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
* Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
Technical Skills:
* Proficient in Python, Power Query, VBA.
* Skilled in Excel, Power BI, Tableau.
