Responsibilities
- Lead the development of complex hardware (and firmware) projects.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional project development teams.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers.
- Participate in the full project lifecycle, from concept design to product release.
- Ensure the successful integration of hardware components.
- Develop and maintain project documentation.
- Report directly to the area manager.
- Grade or Master´s degree in electronic-related studies.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing complex hardware solutions.
- Proficiency in programming microcontrollers (Cortex M3-M4 alike) with RTOS.
- Experience and strong skills in PCB design and layout (e.G., Altium, 4-6-8 layers, rigiflex, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Desirable
- Familiarity with wireless communication protocols (e.G., Bluetooth, Zigbee, LoRa, WiFi, NB-IoT, etc.)
- Enthusiasm for IoT platforms and frameworks.
- Experience with sensor Integration and data acquisition.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as C/C++ and/or Python.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
