We are expanding our Strategy & Transformation team in Madrid and looking for a Manager with strong consulting experience and a passion for driving change in the Telecom, Media & Technology industry. You will lead strategic and operational transformation projects, working closely with C‑level stakeholders to design innovative business models and implement solutions that create sustainable value.

• Lead end‑to‑end consulting engagements focused on network strategy, operational excellence, and digital transformation.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams, ensuring delivery quality and mentoring junior consultants.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to define objectives, challenge requirements, and communicate insights effectively.
• Design and implement cost optimization and performance improvement programmes.
• Support business development activities: proposals, client presentations, and thought leadership.
• Contribute to internal knowledge assets and best practices for the Telecom, Media & Technology domain.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunication Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in consulting or telecom companies, with a focus on strategy and transformation projects.
• Solid understanding of telecom architecture across BSS and OSS.
• Ability to navigate complex environments and influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English (oral and written).
• Expertise in project leadership, team management, and client relationship management.
• Familiarity with network planning and optimisation tools.
• Experience in digitalisation initiatives, operational efficiency programmes, or cost optimisation projects.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies in telecom and media.
